Your knee pain might not be a knee problem

Hey,

If your knees ache going down stairs, feel stiff after sitting, or just feel unreliable during workouts, this is worth two minutes of your time.

Most knee pain isn’t actually about the knee itself. It’s about what’s happening around it- the muscles that are supposed to be supporting and stabilizing it aren’t doing their job. So the knee takes the hit instead.

When you strengthen the right muscles and bring awareness to how your hip and ankle are aligned, the knee finally gets the support it’s been missing. And that’s when the pain starts to go away.

This is the exercise I keep coming back to for exactly this:

10-15 reps each side. Simple, no equipment, it works whether you’re an athlete or just someone whose knees have been complaining lately.

Save it and try it today.

And if you want to actually figure out what’s going on in your body- knees, hips, posture, whatever’s been bothering you- I’m offering a free 15-minute discovery call. We figure out together what your body actually needs.

No commitment, just clarity.

Let’s MUV well,

Liron
